What are your hourly charges for personal investigations?

Our hourly rates vary depending on the type of service provided.  For our current list of pricing please see our Fee Schedule or you may contact us by phone or E-mail.

What type of equipment do you use?

Our company uses Sony Digital 8 Handycams for surveillance assignments and pager cameras for times when safety and security will not allow use of larger cameras.  We will transfer all video obtained to standard VHS format for ease of use.

What types of investigative/security services do you provide?

WOLFE'S INVESTIGATIONS prides itself on our ability to provide most investigative services available.  Please check our list of some of the more common personal investigative services we provide.  Due to the large number of services we provide, it is nearly impossible to list them all.  If the service you are looking for is not listed we more than likely provide it.  Please fill out our information request form and we will let you know within 24 hours whether we are capable of fulfilling your service needs.

Do you work only for corporations/insurance agencies?

No, although a large number of our clients are insurance agencies, government agencies, and large corporations, we value individuals' needs as well and provide numerous services to private individuals.

How do I book your services?

To reserve our services, please fill out our online service agreement and client information form or you may print out the agreement in Microsoft Word or plain text format and fax it to us completed at (818) 340-8663.  In addition, please feel free to download and fax us an assignment sheet with your request for services.  We look forward to providing you with our services.

How far are you willing to travel on assignments?

While Wolfe's Investigations is based in the San Fernando Valley in California and specializes in the areas from San Diego County to San Luis Obispo County, Mr. Wolfe has personally traveled as far as Hawaii on assignments and all investigative destinations are open for consideration.  We will do our best to accommodate our clients.

Do you do the investigations yourself or have other investigators work your assignments?

In many other investigative companies that claim they have been operating for many years, the owner (and/or) top executives have held licenses for many years and performed many investigations.  However, few of them can be seen out in the field performing investigative services today, opting instead to have newer agents with little or no field experience perform the investigative work while they sit back and collect the checks.  At Wolfe's Investigations, however, Mr. Wolfe prides himself on the fact that he is out in the field daily using his 14+ years of investigative experience to give the client the best possible investigative services at a fraction of the cost of many of the larger companies.  Due to the fact that Mr. Wolfe can only perform a limited number of investigations per week, we also rely on the core of professional licensed investigators that we have assembled at Wolfe's Investigations.  All of our investigators are personally trained by Mr. Wolfe and work together to provide our clients with the most cost-effective, professional services available.

What hours are you willing to work?

Wolfe's Investigations knows that life occurs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and does not stop for holidays or sleep.  Everyone is active at different times of the day and therefore a good investigative company needs to be available every day any time of the day, in order to match our clients needs.  Whatever time our clients need us and for however long they need us, we are available and ready.

How long do investigations take?

The length of an investigation always varies.  The length of activity checks or surveillance assignments depends on the length of service the client desires and the level of activity and discreteness of the individual we are investigating.  The majority of surveillance assignments we perform are six to eight hours when the individual we are investigating is slightly active.

Are there any guarantees on investigations?

The only guarantee WOLFE'S INVESTIGATIONS can provide you is that when you hire our company we will do our best to satisfy the clients' investigative needs and we will provide a professional, efficient, and cost-effective solution to a complex and difficult situation.
